To your left you have the ESPAI RESERVAT installation. It consists of two independent wooden counters, corresponding to two rectangular beams from the space where you are, the old Cal Trepat machinery factory. Each of the two beams, wich is 3 and a half metres long and 20 centimeters wide, rest on two metal tripods, pyramidal in shape, located about 70 centimeters inward from each end. The beams, remain at a height of 90 centimeters on the concrete pavement. One of these beams is located inside the building, which is accessed through the large wooden door on the right side. The other is on the outside, in a symmetrical position to the first, taking the facade as the axis of symmetry. The end of the first of the beams, the one inside the building, you will find it 3 meters in a line perpendicular to the facade and following the straight line generated by the door frame. On this beam, rest different elements recovered from the factory which have different weight and format. The next beam, on the outside and placed in a symmetrical position to the first, is, at the beginning of the day, empty. If you feel it, you can see if there are any elements and figure out what they mean, according to the participation instructions that you can listen to below:
1 Look at the two counters. On the one on the inside of the building, you can see several items. Each material corresponds to a degree of satisfaction, from little to very much, from a lighter element to a heavier element.
2 Facing the statement “The rural world tends to be a cultural alternative that I prefer.”, what would you answer?
3 Take the item that best represents your answer and place it on the counter on the outside of the building.
